What we collect
When you book a service, rent a bike, join the waitlist, or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the information needed to provide the service or rental (such as your bike details or rental dates). If you pay online, payment is handled by our payment provider and we do not store your full card details. We also automatically collect some technical and usage data when you visit the site, such as your IP address and approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and the actions you take (for example clicking Book a service, Call, or Reserve a bike).
How we use it
We use your information to provide and manage your service or rental, contact you about your bike and booking, prepare rental agreements, process payments, respond to your enquiries, and keep a service history for your bike. We use technical and usage data to measure website traffic, understand how our pages perform, and improve our marketing, including measuring the performance of our online ads.
Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion tracking, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These tools set cookies and collect usage data (such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and clicks on Book a service, Call, and Reserve a bike) to help us measure traffic, understand ad performance, and show relevant ads. You can opt out through Google (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and adssettings.google.com), through Meta (facebook.com/adpreferences), and by managing cookies in your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the business, including our online booking and rental systems, our payment processor, and our analytics and advertising providers (Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.), and where we are required to by law. These providers only receive what they need to do their job. Some of these providers, including Google and Meta, are based overseas (including in the United States), so your information may be processed outside Australia.
How we protect and keep it
We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and we only keep it for as long as we need it to provide our services, meet our legal obligations, and maintain your bike's service history. When it is no longer needed, we remove it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Just get in touch using the details below and we will help. This policy is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
