Good questions.
How often should I service my e-bike?
For regular Sydney riders, every 3-6 months. Delivery riders doing 50km+ daily should service every 6-8 weeks due to high wear from constant use.
Do I need to book or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are always welcome. We recommend booking online to lock in your preferred time. Open 7 days, 10am-6pm at 146 Cleveland Street, Chippendale.
Can I rent an e-bike for UberEats, DoorDash or Menulog?
Yes, our weekly rental plans are built for gig economy delivery riders. All plans include free maintenance. From $39/wk on a 20-week plan; shorter plans from 2 weeks are also available. No surprise repair bills.

Shop 1, 146 Cleveland Street, Chippendale NSW 2008. Open 7 days a week, 10am to 6pm.
Is there parking near the workshop?
Yes, street parking is available on Cleveland Street and nearby Woodburn and Meagher Streets. We're also a short walk from Central Station and easily reached by bike from Surry Hills, Redfern, and Newtown.
