Phalcon Bikes started with a simple belief: people in Sydney deserve a bike workshop that's actually open when they need it, gives honest pricing upfront, and specialises in the bikes people actually ride today, including e-bikes.
We set up our workshop at 146 Cleveland Street, Chippendale, right in the middle of Sydney's Inner West. Close to Surry Hills, Redfern, Newtown, and the CBD, easy to reach whether you ride in or catch the bus.
Today we serve everyone from weekend recreational riders to daily commuters to gig economy delivery riders who depend on their bike to earn a living. We're open 7 days because bikes don't break down on schedule.
What makes us different.
E-Bike Specialists
We diagnose and repair electric bikes: motor, controller, display and wiring, on top of the usual brakes, gears and wheels. If your e-bike is playing up, we'll find the cause.
Open 7 days
We know bikes don't break on weekday office hours. Open every day of the week, 10am-6pm, including weekends when you actually have time to visit.
Honest Pricing
We quote parts before we use them. No hidden fees, no surprise invoices. The price we quote is the price you pay, or we call you first.
Most Bikes Welcome
Road, MTB, commuter, cargo and kids bikes for servicing and repair. For e-bikes we work with selected brands, just check with us if yours is covered.
Delivery Rider Focused
We built specific rental and maintenance packages for gig economy riders because we saw how much downtime was costing them. Free maintenance is included on every weekly plan.
