Delivery rider FAQs.
Can I rent an e-bike for DoorDash or Uber Eats delivery?
Absolutely. Our plans are built for gig economy delivery riders. Every weekly plan includes free maintenance so you never have unexpected repair costs, from $39/wk on a 20-week plan.
What happens if the bike breaks down on a shift?
Come straight to the workshop. Riders on longer plans get priority service, we'll fix it while you wait or offer a replacement bike if one is available. We're open 7 days 10am-6pm.
Is there a bond?
Yes, a refundable bond is required on pickup: $150, or $200 on the 20-week plan. It's fully refunded when you return the bike in normal condition (fair wear and tear accepted).
What ID do I need?
A valid government photo ID, driver's licence or passport. Plus a working phone number so we can contact you about your bike.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. If you're on a 2-week trial and want to commit to a longer plan for a better weekly rate, let us know and we'll update your agreement.
What's the difference between the $39/wk and $65/wk Milano plans?
The $65/wk plan is the 4-week plan, ideal if you're trying it out. The $39/wk plan requires a 20-week commitment, which gives you the best weekly rate for ongoing delivery work.
