E-Bike Rentals

Rental payments are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced.
If you need to cancel before your rental starts, please contact us at
least 48 hours in advance at 0410 937 681 or via our website.

Early termination of a rental contract may be subject to an early exit
fee equivalent to the bond of your rental contract.

Bike Maintenance & Servicing

If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours
of your appointment. We will reassess the work at no additional charge.

Refunds for labour are not provided once the service has been completed.
Parts purchased for your repair are non-refundable.
